Once you have purchased a Product Placement package for a promotion you have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Once production has commenced on the TV series associated with your Product Placement Package, you will no longer be entitled to any form of refund unless an item within your Product Placement Package is unable to be delivered.

Your Product Placement Agreement ends on the date that your Product Placement airs on Fear Marvelous‘s YouTube Channel. After this time, if an item listed in your Package has not been delivered you will be entitled to receive a refund on a pro rata basis, based on the market value of that particular deliverable.

To request a refund please contact us via email at TV@FEARMARVELOUS.COM and a consultant will respond within 7 days to try to either remedy any issue you have or to grant you a pro rata refund.

Fear Marvelous, JPGM BRANDS, LLC are only required to offer you the services provided in your agreement. Results derived from Product Placement are not our responsibility. We are purely a content creation company and strictly offer no marketing or promotional services.
